consumers follow a four-month treatment cycle to begin seeing results.
Usage less than four-months cannot be guaranteed. All returns must
be pre-authorized by our customer service department prior to receipt.
Refunds do not include the cost of shipping.

When sending us returns, we would appreciate it if you could provide a
short explanation (although not necessary) for the reason of return.
This helps us to better understand our customers’ needs and assists in
the development of better products. When returning items please let us
know if you want a credit card refund or a credit.

you...We will return your money if you are not satisfied with the
product. In order to qualify you must take the product correctly for at
least 90 days in order to get the desired effect. Some clients see a
result within days, others within weeks.
If you do not have
any benefit within 90 days, then simply return the unused portion with a
letter stating that you would like a refund based on your results and we
will promptly return your money.
Refunds will be
issued to you either via Credit Card or Check, less shipping and
handling charges.
PLEASE NOTE
We are unable to accept returns for international orders and there are
no returns on materials that have been mixed or blended together with
other ingredients. This contaminates the raw product and we are unable
to use it appropriately. Please Note: All shipping charges incurred for
returning merchandise is the sole responsibility of
the customer.
